• Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Support: 

    Assist the sales team with daily tasks, schedule sales meetings, and provide necessary sales materials. 

  • Customer Relations: 

    Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensure customer satisfaction, and build strong client relationships. 

  • Order & Logistics Coordination: 

    Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and manage product delivery processes.
