Key Responsibilities:
Handle client meetings, site visits, and final deal closures
Lead the sales closing process from negotiation to documentation
Provide personalized customer service and build strong relationships
Understand customer needs and offer suitable real estate solutions
Work closely with the marketing and site teams for lead follow-ups
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales within the real estate or construction industry
Excellent field knowledge of real estate marketing and sales strategies
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Proven ability to close high-value deals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
