We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Lending team. This role involves handling customer interaction over calls, explaining loan products, collecting required information, and supporting customers throughout the loan application process.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing high call volumes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth and timely customer experience. This position requires strong communication skills, convincing ability, attention to detail, and the capability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan products and services.
Clearly explain loan details including eligibility, loan amount, tenure, interest rates, and process steps.
Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate product benefits.
Use strong convincing and negotiation skills to address concerns and encourage application completion.
Collect customer information and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
