• Follow up on incoming leads generated via IndiaMART, website, exhibitions, and other channels.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.

• Share product brochures, quotations, and technical details via email/WhatsApp.

• Coordinate with the Sales team for product-specific queries or demo requirements.

• Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain strong customer relationships.
