Sales and Operations Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a female Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by handling backend operations, coordinating with departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in day-to-day operations

• Prepare and maintain sales reports and records

• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and customer support

• Handle client queries and provide timely updates

• Monitor and update CRM tools or sales databases

• Ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups on sales activities

• Clients listing

• Basic documentation process.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only (as per current team requirements)

• Graduate or equivalent education

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Prior experience in sales support/operations is a plus, but freshers can apply
