Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the skincare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty or skincare sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for skincare products. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and increase market share.
Identify growth opportunities and create targeted plans for key accounts and regions.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or territory managers.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retail partners, dermatologists, and spa/clinic owners.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction to drive long-term business relationships.
Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
Report on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
Promotions & Product Launches:
Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and new product launches.
Ensure alignment between sales strategies and brand positioning.
Budget & Reporting:
Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics and KPIs.
