Role Overview: The Retention Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to reduce customer attrition, strengthen loyalty, and maximize long‑term business growth. This role requires a blend of customer relationship management, data analysis, and team leadership to ensure continuity of service and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee customer retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance loyalty.
Manage a team of retention specialists, ensuring effective handling of cancellation requests and customer concerns.
Design and implement retention campaigns across multiple channels (calls, emails, SMS).
Analyze customer feedback and churn data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Develop and monitor win‑back programs to re‑engage lost customers.
Collaborate with CRM and lifecycle teams to align retention initiatives with organizational goals.
Provide periodic reports to senior management on retention metrics, campaign performance, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies and consumer protection regulations in all retention activities.
