Job Title: Retail sales officer (RSO) / Business Development Consultant

Salary Range: Up to 4.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Communicate Kohler's value proposition to customers

• Conversion of leads

• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and new product introductions

• Conduct daily meetings with customers through Market visit, cold calling and appointments

• Address and escalate any issues or risks faced by architects

• Share weekly/Daily reports of meetings

• Guide and train other staff in the company

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Team Handling
