Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Associate, located in Bengaluru. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their shopping needs, providing product information, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining store cleanliness, organizing merchandise, operating the cash register, and addressing customer inquiries. The associate will also help with inventory management and support promotional activities.

• Customer service and excellent communication skills

• Strong negotiation skills required

• Experience in retail sales or a similar role (Jewelry )

• Organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
