Relationship Manager - Retail Core Key Result Areas (KRAs) Business Sourcing & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and quarterly home loan sourcing, login, sanction, and disbursement targets . Drive open-market direct sales and field visits to capture retail housing finance demand. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] Lead Generation & Conversion Fulfill inbound and digital/ground leads within a defined Turnaround Time ( TAT ). Coordinate with marketing teams and branch operations for local lead-generation campaigns. [ 1 , 2 ] Channel Partner & Builder Tie-ups Build and maintain relationships with real estate builders, projects, and Direct Selling Agents ( DSAs ) to generate referral pipelines. Recruit and manage active channel partners or connectors. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] File Sourcing & Documentation Conduct preliminary eligibility and financial assessments for salaried and self-employed applicants. Collect, verify, and process customer KYC, property documents, and income proofs. Coordinate with Risk/Credit Processing Centers (such as RACPC or LCPC ) for smooth file login and underwriting. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Customer Service & Compliance Act as a financial advisor to help clients choose the right housing loan or mortgage product. Maintain proper sales reports, pipeline trackers, and strict adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines
