Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth: Increase wallet share and generate revenue by cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial services and products. Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Handle daily service requests, coordinate with internal branch operations or departments, and resolve client complaints quickly and professionally. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate Management Information System (MIS) records, track client interactions, and ensure strict compliance with internal audit and regulatory guidelines.
