We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Residential Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the residential sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential projects.
Handle high-value client interactions and close property deals.
Generate new leads through networking, channel partners, and marketing campaigns.
Conduct site visits and project presentations for potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Monitor team performance and provide training to improve sales efficiency.
Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and market analysis.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and follow-ups.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
3–7 years of experience in real estate residential sales.
Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market preferred.
