📍 Location: Sector 48, Gurgaon
💼 Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
🏢 Industry: Real Estate / Residential Sales
📅 Joining: Immediate / Early Joiners Preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential property sales and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Generate and manage leads through various channels.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential projects.

• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful bookings.

• Maintain regular updates on leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales and booking process.

👤 Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in real estate sales / residential property sales.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Good convincing and client-handling abilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Candidates with relevant real estate sales experience will be preferred.
