Role Summary

A reputed hospitality organization is looking for a Female Reservation Executive to handle hotel/resort reservation enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

The company will provide leads through Google Sheets, and the selected candidate will be responsible for contacting the leads, understanding their requirements, providing suitable room/package details, following up regularly and converting enquiries into confirmed reservations.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up ability and a sales-oriented approach, with preferably some experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, tele-calling or booking conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Receive and manage reservation leads provided by the company through Google Sheets.

• Contact leads promptly through telephone/WhatsApp or other approved communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements such as travel dates, number of guests, room requirements and preferences.

• Provide appropriate information regarding available rooms, tariffs, packages and applicable offers.

• Maintain proper records of all leads and follow-ups.

Booking Conversion

• Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed hotel/resort bookings.

• Follow up with prospective customers until the enquiry is closed.

• Handle customer questions, objections and concerns professionally.

• Explain room categories, packages, inclusions, policies and booking terms clearly.

• Negotiate appropriately within approved pricing/offer guidelines.

• Coordinate with the reservation/property team to confirm availability and bookings.

Customer Relationship & Follow-up

• Maintain regular and timely follow-up with interested customers.

• Ensure no genuine lead remains unattended.

• Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.

• Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed their booking.

• Maintain records of confirmed, pending, cancelled and lost enquiries.

Reporting

• Update the Google Sheet lead tracker regularly and accurately.

• Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, enquiries and conversions.

• Share booking and lead-conversion updates with the reporting manager.

• Track conversion performance and identify reasons for lost enquiries.

Coordination

• Coordinate with hotel/resort reservation and front office teams regarding room availability and booking confirmations.

• Ensure correct booking details are communicated to the relevant property/team.

• Coordinate regarding special requests, amendments and cancellations where required.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates preferred/required.

• 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, tele-calling, travel sales, hotel booking or customer conversion will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales ability may also be considered.

• Excellent spoken communication skills.

• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation ability.

• Strong sales orientation with a focus on lead conversion and confirmed bookings.

• Comfortable working on Google Sheets / MS Excel.

• Basic computer knowledge is essential.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.

• Pleasant personality and professional telephone etiquette.

• Ability to work with targets and conversion expectations.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month.

• Salary will depend on experience, communication skills, sales ability and overall suitability.
