About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage travel bookings, handle client queries, and provide seamless reservation support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of travel platforms, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms regarding travel packages, hotel bookings, flights, and tours.

•Process reservations accurately and efficiently using reservation systems and internal tools.

•Provide clients with complete information about destinations, itineraries, and travel options.

•Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and internal teams to confirm bookings.

•Maintain updated records of all reservations, cancellations, and amendments.

•Ensure timely communication with customers regarding booking confirmations, changes, or special requests.

•Assist in upselling travel services (upgrades, add-on packages, insurance, etc.).

•Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

•Support the sales and operations team with travel arrangements and reports.

Key Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred).

•Prior experience in travel reservations, ticketing, or a customer service role in the tourism industry.

•Proficiency in reservation/ticketing systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar) is an advantage.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

•Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

•Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
