Relationship Officer-LOANS AGAINST GOLD-Marketing Branches Operations The Relationship Officer will be a key member of the Loans Against Gold team, responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers to promote and sell loan products. This role is crucial in driving business and maintaining a strong customer base. The officer will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective loan processing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and requirements. Promote and sell loan products, offering tailored solutions to customers. Conduct thorough needs analysis and provide suitable loan recommendations. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop effective strategies. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive solutions. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses and resolutions. Maintain accurate records and documentation for loan applications and customer interactions. Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events and campaigns. Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to business growth. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in a relationship management or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good collaboration skills. Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management. Knowledge of loan products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts. A self-motivated and proactive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service. Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and market trends. Fluency in English and any other regional languages is an advantage.
