Relationship Officer

Responsibilities

Lead generation and client acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and direct outreach.

Loan assessment and guidance: Understand client financial situations, explain different loan options and their terms (interest rates, repayment schedules), and recommend the most suitable products (home, personal, business, etc.).

Application processing and compliance: Guide clients through the application process, gather and verify required documentation, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies, and coordinate with internal teams for processing and approval.

Sales and relationship management: Achieve and exceed sales targets, build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals, and provide excellent customer service.

Market knowledge and reporting: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings, and provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
