We are looking for a motivated and energetic Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and rural customers. The candidate will promote the company’s agricultural products and services, support farmers with product knowledge, and help expand the company’s presence in assigned areas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and local agricultural communities.
Visit villages, farms, and dealer networks regularly.
Promote company products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, or farming solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and increase customer base.
Conduct farmer meetings, awareness programs, and product demonstrations.
Provide basic guidance to farmers regarding product usage and crop solutions.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements.
Maintain records of customer visits, sales activities, and reports.
Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in agriculture sales or rural marketing can apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in field and travel locally.
