Job Summary

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is urgently hiring experienced and target-oriented professionals for its Thane branch for the positions of Relationship Officer (RO) and Senior Relationship Officer (SRO).

Candidates must have relevant experience in Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, preferably with NBFCs or financial institutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, and loan sourcing skills.

Open Positions

1. Relationship Officer (RO)

Experience: 1–5 years in Home Loan / LAP sales.
Responsible for sourcing new customers and generating qualified loan leads.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and referral partners.
Assist customers throughout the loan application process.

2. Senior Relationship Officer (SRO)

Experience: 1–5 years in Home Loan / LAP sales.
Manage loan sourcing activities and develop strong customer and channel-partner relationships.
Drive sales targets and support business growth in the assigned territory.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property through direct sales, references, and channel partners.
Identify prospective customers and understand their financial and property-related requirements.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and application procedures.
Source and process loan applications in accordance with the bank's policies.
Build relationships with builders, property dealers, DSAs, and other referral partners.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and verification teams for timely processing and disbursement.
Follow up with customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable lending procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–5 years of relevant experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
NBFC experience is preferred.
Good understanding of loan sourcing, customer acquisition, and documentation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
Good networking and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of the Thane market will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum (₹4 LPA).
