Sales Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a positive public image for Jypthi Textiles and Dresses.

• Build strong relationships with customers, media representatives, influencers, fashion professionals, and business partners.

• Plan and coordinate public relations campaigns, promotional activities, and brand events.

• Prepare press releases, company announcements, promotional content, and other communication materials.

• Coordinate with social media and marketing teams to promote products, collections, offers, and company events.

• Represent the company at exhibitions, fashion events, trade shows, and other public occasions.

• Handle customer and public inquiries professionally and ensure timely communication.

• Monitor public feedback and media coverage related to the company and its products.

• Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Work closely with the management and sales teams to support business and marketing objectives.

• Assist in managing any public relations issues and maintain the company’s reputation.

• Maintain records of PR activities, media contacts, events, and promotional campaigns.

• Stay updated on textile, fashion, retail, and consumer trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in public relations, marketing, retail, fashion, textiles, or a similar role preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.

• Confident personality with good presentation skills.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

• Ability to organize events and promotional activities.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.

• Knowledge of the textile and fashion industry will be an added advantage.
