RichAura Fintech is looking for a Relationship Officer who can drive business through connector network and direct sales. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with partners like CAs, property dealers, insurance agents, and loan consultants, along with generating business through direct customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and manage connectors/partners (CA, Builder, Property Dealer, Loan Agent, etc.)
Generate loan business (Personal Loan, Business Loan, LAP, etc.) through connectors and direct sourcing
Follow up on leads and ensure end-to-end closure of cases
Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations with clients and partners
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
Coordinate with internal teams and banks/NBFCs for faster case processing
Maintain and update customer/connector database regularly
Share daily/weekly performance reports with management
Job Requirements
Basic understanding of loan products / financial services (preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good networking and relationship-building ability
Target-driven and self-motivated personality
Willingness to travel for field work
Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and WhatsApp/email communication
