Relationship Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:

  • Achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

  • Selling life insurance products based on customer needs and financial analysis.

  • Providing support and converting leads from various sources.

  • Attending to service appointments and accurately updating appointment status.

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Conducting financial need analysis of customers.

  • Providing personalized insurance solutions based on analysis.

  • Working with customers on a long-term basis.

• Compliance and Reporting:

  • Adhering to PNB MetLife policies and procedures.

  • Providing accurate forecasts, updates, and reports.

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Team Leadership (if applicable):

  • Recruiting, training, and mentoring life insurance advisors.

  • Motivating and leading advisors to improve productivity and retention.

  • Conducting performance reviews and training sessions.
