Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth within the bancassurance channel.
Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with banking partners to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve business objectives.
Team Management:
Leading and motivating sales teams, managing performance, and ensuring team retention.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with all relevant banking and insurance regulations and guidelines.
Required Skills and Experience:
Life Insurance Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably with experience in bancassurance .
Leadership and Management:
Proven ability to lead and manage sales teams, and drive performance.
Relationship Building:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with banking partners.
Sales and Negotiation:
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their financial needs, and negotiate sales deals.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and adapt to changing business conditions.
