Job Description

Generate new customers for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP).• Collect complete customer information and required documents.• Process loan applications and coordinate with banks/NBFCs for approval.• Explain loan products and company services to customers clearly.• Conduct basic verification of CIBIL score, income documents, and property papers.• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and financial institutions.• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.• Submit loan files as per company guidelines and procedures.Eligibility Criteria• Minimum Graduate (any stream).• 1 year experience in sales, finance, or loan industry preferred.• Good communication and customer handling skills.• Basic knowledge of banking and loan documentation.Age Limit22 – 30 YearsSalary₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Depending on experience and market knowledge).Required Skills• Sales and marketing skills• Customer relationship management• Documentation and verification knowledge• Market networking abilityAdditional Terms• Candidate must follow all company rules, policies, and compliance requirements.• This is a target-based field job.• Candidate must be willing to travel and meet customers.
