Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer relationship and client interaction professionally.
Communicate with customers regarding insurance products and services.
Assist customers in policy-related queries and provide proper guidance.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Maintain customer database and daily reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) Pass.
Good communication skills in Bengali/Hindi/English.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
