Job description

We are hiring Relationship Managers and Relationship Officers to support customer acquisition and business growth across India. The roles involve generating leads through field activities and partner channels, building customer relationships, and supporting loan or financial product applications through to processing and disbursement.

Responsibilities

• Source business through direct sales, field visits, connectors and DSA partners.

• Generate leads from open markets, references and channel partners.

• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process.

• Understand customer requirements and assist with applications and documentation.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate lead records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely application processing and disbursement.

• Achieve assigned sales, sourcing and disbursement targets.

• Provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory.

• At least 1 year of sales experience in banking, financial services, NBFC, housing finance or a related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

• Good sales and business development abilities.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
