Role Overview:

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a positive client experience. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and connect with them through calls, visits, or digital platforms.

• Explain product offerings clearly and assist customers in selecting suitable solutions.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Support sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.

• Participate in marketing and promotional activities.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Any stream)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply
