Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Branch Manager with strong expertise in deposit mobilization (FD/RD) and knowledge of banking, loan, and insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for driving branch growth, managing operations, and building strong member relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall branch operations and daily activities

Drive Fixed Deposit (FD) and Recurring Deposit (RD) collections

Acquire new members and maintain existing customer relationships

Promote financial products: FD, RD, Loans, Insurance

Achieve monthly business and deposit targets

Conduct field visits and local marketing campaigns

Lead and manage branch staff performance

Ensure compliance with co-operative and regulatory guidelines
