JOB DESCRIPTION: Home Loans Sales Executive/ Senior Relation Manager/ Channel Manager
Responsibilities:
● Managing home loan sales, sourcing leads, and developing sales strategies
● Collaborate with Channels, DSA and connectors to bring business
● Advising customers on home loans, explaining products, and building relationships. Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, brokers, and banks throughout the loan application process.
● Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC
● Persuade banks to provide the desired funding by presenting compelling loan proposals
● Analyze loan application documentation for completeness and accuracy.
● Act as a bridge between customers, brokers, and banks, addressing any queries or concerns that may arise.
● Recommending other products to customers, such as PL, BT AND OD.
● Working to meet sales targets and ensuring timely renewal of business.
● End to end followup until payouts and disbursements
Skills and Requirements:
● Experienced in HL/LAP background and channel management.
● Should have a market connection in the area.
● Graduate in any field
● Ability to build relationships
● Ability to understand customer needs
● Negotiation skills and sales mindset.
