Relationship Officer

  What You'll Do

• Handling incoming and outgoing call.

• Communicating with existing customer through call and chats for upsell/cross-sell products.Taking feedback call.

• Follow-up with leads via phone or email to maintain ongoing communication.

• Update CRM systems with lead and customer information.

• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.

• Work closely with sales and customer success teams to align on target

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with Freshers.
