Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Sales and Business Development:

  Focusing on achieving sales targets, generating new leads, and developing a strong sales pipeline. 

• Relationship Building:

  Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and build trust. 

• Product Knowledge:

  Having a strong understanding of life insurance products and how to tailor them to individual client needs. 

• Communication and Persuasion:

  Effectively communicating the benefits of life insurance and persuading clients to purchase policies. 

• Target Achievement:

  Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrating strong sales performance. 

• Local Network:

  Having a strong local network and understanding of the market can be an advantage. 

• Financial Industry Knowledge:

  Understanding the financial services industry and insurance products. 

• Communication Skills:

  Good communication skills (English/Hindi) are essential for interacting with clients and other stakeholders.
