We are hiring dynamic and motivated male candidates for a field-based sales and customer relationship role. The selected candidates will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and on-ground execution of tasks in assigned territories. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and interact with customers at their locations.

• Explain products/services and handle queries efficiently.

• Acquire new customers and maintain long-term relationships.

• Achieve monthly targets and report daily field activities.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Male candidates only (field job requirement).

• Age: 18+ years.

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduation (BBA, BCA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA, or other graduates).

• Language: Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.

• Relocation: Not available – candidates must be local to the job location.

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Career Progression & Salary:

• Relationship Trainee (Intern) – ₹12,700/month (First 6 Months)

• Senior Relationship Trainee – ₹17,600/month (Next 6 Months)

• Relationship Manager – CTC up to ₹3.5 LPA (Post 12 Months, based on performance)
