Relationship Manager – MSME Branch Sales (Loan Against Property)
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Graduate Preferred (Good undergraduates with relevant field sales experience may also be considered)
CTC: Up to ₹3.8 LPA
About the Role
We are hiring Relationship Managers for a leading NBFC to drive sales of Loan Against Property (LAP) products. This is a field sales role where you will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, and building long-term relationships while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field visits, customer references, and local market networking.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Promote and sell Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Source quality loan applications and coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, DSAs, and local business influencers.
Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
Ensure a high-quality customer portfolio and excellent customer service.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Education
Graduate preferred.
Good undergraduates with relevant field sales experience may also be considered.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in field sales.
Experience in Affordable LAP will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of property-related legal documents will be an added advantage.
Candidates residing within 25–30 km of the branch location will be preferred.
Age Criteria
21–32 Years
Compensation & Employment
CTC: Up to ₹3.8 Lakhs per annum.
Attractive performance-based incentives.
Candidates will initially be employed on the third party payroll.
Based on performance and business requirements, candidates may be considered for transfer to the client's payroll after approximately 6 months, subject to company policy.
