Process & Compliance: Adhere strictly to internal collection guidelines, update CRM or ledger records accurately, and deposit collected funds at the branch on time. Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with branch sales and credit teams to minimize Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and escalate high-risk default cases.
