Relationship Manager - LAP_Loan Against Property_0412_0818_1074086 The Relationship Manager (LAP) is responsible for driving business growth through sourcing, acquiring, and managing customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, channel engagement, and achieving disbursement targets while ensuring portfolio quality. Source new customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) through open market channels, referrals, DSAs, and connectors. Achieve assigned business, login, sanction, and disbursement targets. Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, property consultants, and channel partners. Conduct customer meetings to understand financial requirements and offer suitable LAP solutions. Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth loan processing. Ensure timely documentation, verification, and disbursement of loans. Maintain portfolio quality and adhere to credit and compliance guidelines. Generate cross-sell opportunities for Insurance, CASA, and other banking products. Track market trends and identify new business opportunities within the territory. Deliver superior customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction. Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience in LAP, Mortgage Loans, Housing Finance, Business Loans, Banking Sales, or NBFC sales preferred. Strong understanding of secured lending products and lending processes. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment. Experience Level Mid Level
