Relationship Manager

·         Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors to ensure consistent product availability and sales growth.

·         Identify and on board new distributors to expand the reach of Soroo Future Technology products in untapped markets.

·         Work closely with distributors to understand their needs, address challenges, and provide solutions to boost sales performance.

·         Monitor and analyze distributor performance, sales trends, and market feedback to develop strategies for improvement.

·         Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional plans, schemes, and incentives for distributors.

·         Ensure timely communication of product updates, pricing, and policies to distributors.

·         Resolve conflicts or issues between distributors and the company in a professional and timely manner.

·         Prepare regular reports on distributor activities, sales targets, and market insights for management.

·         Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to position Soroo Future Technology as a market leader.
