Source new loan customers and achieve assigned disbursement targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Collect, verify, and submit complete customer documentation for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely approval and disbursement.
Ensure post-disbursement follow-ups and support timely EMI collections.
