Job Summary

We are looking for an empathetic, friendly, and articulate Relationship Manager / Chat & Video Call Support Executive to engage with our platform users through online text chat, voice calls, and video calls. In this role, you will act as a companion and support executive, helping users unwind, reducing their daily stress, and maintaining a positive, uplifting, and safe virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

User Engagement: Interact actively with users via text chat, voice calls, and video calls to keep them engaged and comfortable.

Stress Reduction & Support: Listen to users empathetically, offer a positive listening ear, and help alleviate their stress and anxiety through friendly conversations.

Positive Environment: Ensure a welcoming, respectful, and joyful virtual space by maintaining high standards of conversation quality and user satisfaction.

Relationship Building: Foster long-term, positive rapport with regular users to enhance platform retention and user loyalty.

Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to platform guidelines, safety protocols, and privacy standards during all interactions.

Key Requirements

Gender: Female candidate preferred for this specific profile.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm, polite, and engaging tone.

Empathy & Patience: Strong emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to handle diverse personalities calmly.

Technical Setup: Access to a stable internet connection, a smartphone/laptop, and a quiet, professional environment for video/voice calls.

Experience: Freshers with great conversational skills are welcome; prior experience in customer support, telecalling, hospitality, or virtual hosting is an advantage.
