Relationship Manager

We are looking for a Relationship Manager Mortgage Sales to join our team at HDFC Bank. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and acquire new customers for home loans primarily and other mortgage products.

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Manage relationships with channel partners like real estate agents, developers, and mortgage brokers to generate leads.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate (any stream) and 0 - 5 years of experience. Must have good communication skills in English and Tamil, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Lead Generation, MS Excel, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
