Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Loan Sales professional to drive sales of financial products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property). The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, references, and field activities.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.

• Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, and process.

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement.

• Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned loan products.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and cross-sell additional products.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

• Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent degree (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Loan Sales (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / LAP).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Knowledge of loan documentation, underwriting, and KYC requirements.

• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
