Key Responsibilities
POS Network Management: Maintain a strong relationship with an assigned set of enrolled POS agents and ensure regular business engagement.
Business Growth: Drive consistent business generation from active POS agents.
POS Retention & Activation: Proactively work to retain POS agents and re-engage inactive ones to become active contributors.
POS Enrollment: Identify, approach, and onboard new POS agents using the available database (internal & external) and through field/network activities.
Multilingual Communication: Build rapport and manage relationships with POS agents in multiple languages to cater to diverse backgrounds.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven track record in sales, channel management, or insurance broking (experience in POS management is a plus).
Strong communication & interpersonal skills with fluency in multiple languages (regional & Hindi/English preferred).
Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
Good organisational skills for tracking POS performance and follow-ups.
Willingness to travel as per business needs.
