We are looking for a results-driven Relationship Manager to join Turtlemint in multiple location. This role is focused on recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of financial advisors/agents to drive insurance and financial product sales across Motor, Life, Health Insurance, and more. You’ll play a key role in onboarding advisors, supporting them through our digital platform, and helping them deliver exceptional service to customers. The position offers an in-hand salary within a CTC range of ₹4.0 – ₹4.5 LPA, along with performance-based incentives and rapid career growth opportunities.
Recruit and manage a team of financial advisors/agents.
Provide regular training and support to advisors, particularly on Turtlemint’s digital tools and mobile app.
Drive higher productivity and focus on policy renewals and new sales across multiple insurance and financial product lines.
Track and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets as defined by the organization.
Maintain high standards of business compliance and operational hygiene.
Build strong, long-term relationships with advisors and ensure consistent engagement.
Expand distribution by identifying new approaches and market opportunities in the assigned territory.
Work on a diverse portfolio of financial products including insurance, credit cards, loans, NPS, etc.
Education: HSC, Diploma, or Graduation (Full-time).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Knowledge: Understanding of the insurance ecosystem; familiarity with Life, Health, Motor, Fire, Property Insurance, and other financial products is a plus.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence stakeholders effectively.
IT Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and mobile applications for business use.
