Job Description : Relationship manager

Identify potential leads and sources for prospective customers

Connect with respective branches of these partners & organize training for employees and channel partners

Generate leads through joint calls along with partner employee/sub partner

Ensure quality business is sourced from the branches/sub partners of the partner

Ensure contracting of Partner with Max Life for process / Products / Technology

Develop understanding of products & coach staff on product USP’s

Ensure Product mix and control leakage and persistency

Extending external networks with Key insurance distributors across in partner branches and increasing MLI wallet share

Proactive distribution engagement with decision makers for running effective operations in business partnership
