📍 Locations:

Bangalore | Hyderabad | Pune | Gurgaon | Mumbai

🔹 Role Type: Field Sales (On-Ground)

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Generate Home Loan & LAP business through daily field visits

✔ Meet builders, brokers, DSAs & connectors regularly

✔ Source fresh leads from the local real estate market

✔ Drive file logins and coordinate for faster disbursements

✔ Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets

✔ Build strong territory presence in assigned location

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 1.5–5 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Sales

✅ Strong local builder/DSA/broker network preferred

✅ Comfortable with extensive field work & target pressure

✅ Strong negotiation & closing skills

✅ Good understanding of loan documentation & process

💰 Compensation:

CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives & Benefits
