Relationship Manager

Job_Discription:

• Appoint and manage franchise partners in the assigned zone

• Drive sales growth through franchise and retail network expansion

• Build strong local partnerships and ensure smooth territory operations

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to achieve franchise sales targets and expand

• the network in key markets.

• Manage the full franchise sales process: lead sourcing, qualification, presentations, financial

• assessment, due diligence, and onboarding.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data to identify new areas for

• franchise development.

• Serve as the primary liaison for potential franchisees throughout the evaluation process.

• Partner with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, marketing) to ensure a smooth and

• compliant franchise approval process.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
