Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and manage relationships with retail and high-net-worth clients.

• Understand clients' financial needs and provide suitable investment recommendations (equity, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, etc.).

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through prompt service and regular follow-ups.

• Execute trades on behalf of clients and offer real-time market updates.

• Achieve revenue and business targets through new client acquisition and cross-selling.

• Monitor clients’ portfolios and provide timely advice in line with market trends.

• Stay updated with market developments, financial news, and regulatory changes.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure resolution within TAT.

• Maintain compliance with SEBI and exchange regulations at all times.
