Role & Responsibilities

• Recruit and Train Advisors: Build a strong team by hiring quality advisors and equipping them with the right training.

• Mentor & Coach: Act as a guide and motivator to help advisors achieve their sales and business targets.

• Sales & Target Focus: Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling of a comprehensive product mix via your advisor network.

• Customer and Advisor Retention: Develop strategies to ensure long-term relationships with both customers and advisors.

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through advisors.

• Branch Growth: Play a key role in branch development through recruitment drives and social networking.

• Reporting & Monitoring: Regularly track team performance and sales achievements.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
