Job Description:
 Business Generation: Drive sales for Credit Cards / Loan sales and cross-sell other banking products.
 Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure continued business growth.
 Sales Operations: Handle field sales activities, ensuring efficient operations while maintaining audit compliance and adhering to company standards. Desired Candidate Profile:

 Educational Qualification: A graduate from any stream.  Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Credit Card Sales / Home Loan Sales is preferred.
 BFSI Experience: Candidates with prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector will be given preference.

Salary Range:-
 Sales Officer :- 2.94 LPA to 3.6 LPA
 Relationship Manager :- 3.4 LPA to 3.8LPA

Desired Candidate Profile - Good communication (both verbal and written) skill
In both English and the local language, Excellent lead generation and conversion skill,
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines & work successfully as a part of a team,
High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently, ready to travel locally for
Meeting customers during sales calls, should have compatible mobile device with a Required Android/ ions version
