The Real Estate Team Manager is responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales executives and real estate professionals to achieve business goals. The role involves managing sales strategies, monitoring performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of real estate projects.
Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and real estate agents
Set team targets and ensure timely achievement of sales goals
Conduct daily/weekly team meetings and performance reviews
Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and professional development
Maintain a positive and productive team environment
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Support the team in client meetings, negotiations, and property visits
Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closures
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Resolve client queries and ensure a smooth customer experience
Represent the company in events, property launches, and promotional activities
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for updated information
Ensure proper documentation for bookings, sales, and client communication
Track sales data, prepare MIS reports, and analyze performance metrics
Maintain adherence to company policies and real estate regulations
Bachelor’s degree (preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field)
Minimum 3–7 years of real estate sales experience
Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams
Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Deep knowledge of real estate market trends and sales processes
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication
