Key Responsibilities
Lead the regional sales to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Manage and supervise sales team across the assigned territory.
Develop and execute the sales plans, business strategies, and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, procurement managers, and institutional clients.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure strong field presence and monitor competitor activities.
Identify new business opportunities and support expansion initiatives.
Ensure proper implementation of product launches, promotional schemes, and marketing campaigns.
Evaluate the performance of team members, provide coaching, and support skill development.
Prepare and present regional sales forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, ethical marketing practices, and company SOPs.
Ideal Candidate
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical retail, distribution, and market dynamics.
Prior exposure to African or overseas operations will be an advantage.
